Error 400 when logging in.

Question

When I try to log in on any Microsoft apps on my PC i get this error saying use a VPN or stuff of that sorts. I've seen this issue with other people but they can't login on that account anywhere on their PC, but when I login on my browser there aren't any problems. It's only on apps such as my minecraft launcher of third party launchers which should still work with Microsoft login. When i try the same on my laptop is works just fine. Is t it maybe because I have to log in every time even though I do press the "stay logged in" checkbox? Please help resolve this issue.
