I want to make an upgrade from SQL-Server 2019 Standard to SQL-Server 2022 Standard. But i can't check the button for the standard edition.

The pay as you go option is only an available when the Sqlserver instance is hosted in an azure vm. On-premises you buy a new license and enter the key, 3rd option.

Thanks @Bruce (SqlWork.com) for your inputs, adding one more point.
If the SQL 2022 setup was started from Evaluation or Developer media, the Standard option will remain disabled even on the correct screen. To upgrade from 2019 Standard - 2022 Standard, you must run setup using the SQL Server 2022 Standard installation media and then enter your product key.
