Blocked from Admin Center, no MFA code

Hello Microsoft Help Center ,

I cannot access the Microsoft Admin Center. I am the only Global Administrator of our nonprofit tenant. The account requires Microsoft Authenticator to log in, but the app does not provide a verification code or prompt, so I’m blocked by MFA.

Our admin account has no license assigned, so it has no access to Outlook, and there is no secondary authentication method configured. All 10 licenses are currently assigned to our team members. ( non profit license)

Here are the error details:

Error Code: 500121

Request ID: 0e254bf8-d63c-4f8c-9fbe-ff6fb8a01c00

Correlation ID: 93d54ed9-bf16-44c3-9073-733cc22ab70d

Timestamp: 2025-11-25T10:44:19Z

We urgently need support to reset MFA or unlock this admin account so we can regain access to the Admin Center.

Thank you.

Lina

Hello Lina Hidouri,

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.

If the resolution was helpful, kindly take a moment to accept the answer and upvote it 👍 it as a token of appreciation.
