Hello,

I logged in to the MS learn portal via my organization id and I was going through the Plan Microsoft 365 : Copilot Chat Explorer and in this there is 3 modules and 1 youtube video.

I went thru the modules and the completion status was updated properly to 75% but even if I completely watch the video the status is not going to 100%.

Has anyone ever faced this. Can someone guide what am I doing wrong?

Thanks

It seems like you are experiencing an issue with the completion status not updating to 100% after watching the video in the Microsoft Learn portal. This can happen for a few reasons:

    1. Tracking Mechanism: The completion status for modules and videos may not always sync perfectly. Sometimes, the system may take a little time to update your progress after you finish watching a video.
    2. Video Completion: Ensure that you have watched the entire video without skipping any parts. Some platforms require you to watch the video in its entirety to register it as complete.
    3. Browser Issues: Occasionally, browser caching issues can affect how the completion status is displayed. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Technical Glitches: There might be temporary technical issues with the Microsoft Learn platform. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance.

If you have checked all these points and the issue remains unresolved, it may be best to contact Microsoft support directly for further guidance.
