Copilot agent error with Chatbot

Hello!

I work at the University of Wyoming and use a licensed enterprise edition of Microsoft Copilot Studio. Still, since I am not an IT Administrator, I cannot ask a question at the CoPilot help site.

I have created an agent for a Chatbot. The Chatbot is to be used embedded in a Padlet. Our IT Department has tried to assist with a couple of errors I have encountered, but due to their lack of expertise and experience with Copilot Studio, I am reaching out to you.

The Chatbot is working okay, embedded in the Padlet. I initially published the Chatbot on July 31, 2025. When I attempt to publish it again, I receive an error message that says the agent cannot be published. When I click on the Agent Error, I am taken to Power Apps, but the error is not displayed.

Also, when I use the Web app channel, it does not display like the Demo website channel (missing triggers, etc.); it just shows a white background.

As I have no one to assist me, I am not a programmer and have no coding background, so I am reaching out for assistance. I believe the issues I am experiencing can be fixed with a few keystrokes; if you can be of assistance or put me in contact with someone who can help me, I would appreciate it.
