This is a new computer LENOVO and it is to play games but the speed is not as fast, and the sound brings problems all the time.

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    When you say your computer gets stuck, do you mean it freezes, and you need to force a restart?

    If yes, this behavior can occur for several reasons. It is necessary to investigate.

    Please do the following:

    Export and share the log for analysis:

    1. Press Windows + X and select Event Viewer;
    2. Expand Windows Logs and select System;
    3. In the Actions panel on the right, select Filter Current Log;
    4. In Event level, check the boxes Critical, Warning, and Error and click on Ok;
    5. Again, in the Actions panel, select Save Filtered Log File As and save in an easily accessible place.

    Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply.

    It sounds like you're experiencing performance issues with your Lenovo laptop after a Windows update. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issues with your computer getting stuck and sound problems:

    1. Check for Updates: Make sure your Windows operating system and drivers are up to date. Sometimes, subsequent updates can fix issues introduced by previous ones.
    2. Audio Drivers: If you're having sound issues, check if your audio drivers are updated. You can do this by going to Device Manager, finding your audio device, and checking for driver updates.
    3. Performance Settings: Adjust your laptop's performance settings. You can do this by going to Control Panel > System and Security > System > Advanced system settings. Under Performance, click on Settings and choose "Adjust for best performance."
    4. Background Applications: Check for any unnecessary applications running in the background that may be consuming resources. You can use Task Manager to see which applications are using the most CPU and memory.
    5. Hardware Issues: Since it's a new computer, ensure that there are no hardware issues. If the problem persists, consider contacting Lenovo support for further assistance.
    6. Reinstall Windows: As a last resort, if the issues continue, you might consider reinstalling Windows to eliminate any software conflicts that could be causing the problems.

    If these steps do not resolve the issues, it may be beneficial to reach out to Microsoft or Lenovo support for more tailored assistance.
