    2 We are unable to connect to Outlook on Mobile phones . OWA is working fine though.

    According to the results of Test E-mail Autoconfiguration, it seems you have a website using the root domain.

    Since by design the autodiscover process would first look for the root domain (For example, it will first try to access https://contoso.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml)
    please create a redirect rule on the website to redirect the requests to the /autodiscover virtual directory to https://autodiscover.contoso.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml and see if it can get rid of the issue.
