If your Hotmail account has been hacked and you are having trouble recovering it, you can try the following steps to get assistance from Microsoft:

    1. Use the Account Recovery Form: Since you have already completed the recovery form multiple times, ensure that you are providing as much accurate information as possible. This includes previous passwords, answers to security questions, and any other relevant details.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: You can reach out to Microsoft support directly for help. If you are a Microsoft 365 user, you can find the support phone number for your region at the Get support - Microsoft 365 admin page.
    3. Use the Help & Support Feature: If you have access to the Microsoft admin center, you can use the Help & Support feature to describe your issue and request assistance.
    4. Check for Compromised Account Symptoms: Familiarize yourself with common symptoms of a compromised account, such as suspicious activity or changes to your account settings. This can help you explain your situation better when contacting support.
    5. Follow Up: If you do not receive a response after your initial contact, consider following up with Microsoft support to ensure your case is being addressed.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, you may need to persist in contacting Microsoft until you receive the help you need.
