Certificate is missing / cannot download

My certification is active and renewed, and it appears under “Active Certifications” in my profile, but the printable certificate does not appear in my Dashboard. I need help restoring access to the printable certificate.

If your certification is showing as active on your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can print the certificate by selecting View certification details under the certification
