Customer Voice project – Dataverse responses missing and project inaccessible

Hi,

I have a problem with a project in Customer Voice. The responses have disappeared from Dataverse, I can no longer rename the project, and I get a loading error when accessing it. I have another project, and that one hasn’t been affected. What could be the issue?

Thank you!

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with a specific project in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice. Here are a few potential reasons for the problems you are facing:

    1. Data Deletion: If the responses have disappeared from Dataverse, it could be due to accidental deletion or a synchronization issue. However, if the data was deleted directly from Dataverse, it will not be synchronized back to Customer Voice, which could explain the missing responses.
    2. Project Access Issues: The loading error when accessing the project may indicate a problem with the project itself, such as corruption or a temporary issue with the service. Since you mentioned that another project is unaffected, this could be specific to the project in question.
    3. Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access and modify the project. If your permissions have changed, it could prevent you from renaming the project or accessing its data.
    4. Service Issues: Sometimes, service interruptions or maintenance can affect access to projects. Check if there are any known issues with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice or Dataverse at the moment.

If these suggestions do not resolve your issue, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance, especially if the project is critical to your operations.
