    Thanks for reaching out, Yuvaraj.

If you see a Microsoft charge you don't know, here's how to handle it:

First, sign in to account.microsoft.com/services using the email you think is being charged. This shows your active subscriptions, like Microsoft 365 or Xbox Game Pass, which might be on old devices or shared accounts.

If you find the unknown subscription, click Manage, then Cancel subscription. If it’s not there, the charge might be under a different account.

Next, check your bank statement for the exact charge, often labeled Microsoft*G for Microsoft 365.

If you still can't find it, visit support.microsoft.com for billing assistance. They can track the charge and help with cancellation or refunds.

Let me know what happens. Regards,

    Rez

Are you accessing your account(s) as an individual (personal account), as opposed to a being a member in an organization (work, school)?

Go to https://account.microsoft.com and see if you can sign in with any of your personal accounts (often an @outlook.com or @hotmail.com e-mail address). With a bit of luck, you will find the service and you can cancel it. See also https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription-46e2634c-c64b-4c65-94b9-2cc9c960e91b .

If you are being charged $13.82 per month by Microsoft and do not remember subscribing to anything, it could be due to a few reasons:

    1. You might have inadvertently activated a subscription or a free trial that converted into a paid subscription after the trial period.
    2. You may have changed your billing frequency, which can lead to charges if the benefit was canceled.
    3. If you have a Business Standard subscription, it may also lead to charges.

To unsubscribe or cancel the subscription, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions. If you're using the Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
    3. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
    4. On the subscription details page, in the Billing settings section, under Subscription status, select Cancel subscription.
    5. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

If you need further assistance, consider contacting Microsoft 365 Support for help with your account and charges.
