When does Azure Support respond?

Hi, on Nov. 21, 2025, I sent my support request (id: 2511210030005658) regarding my disabled Azure subscription.

5 days have passed and there has been no response at all.

This sudden subscription disable made all my services go down and I am not able to access anything. This is a critical issue and I would appreciate if support would respond back.

    Can you please try to contact the Global Support desk as per the region you are and also check with MS Regional Manager as part of the contract or via CSP to investigate this issue?
