Good morning.

A software update app is telling me to update Visual C++2015-2022 Redistributable. Specifically, the version I need to download is:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable 14.50.35719.0 (x86)

Am having trouble finding this download. If anyone here is a better sleuth than I am, I'd be grateful for your help!

Use powershell ( -as administrator ) and use the official winget integration to upgrade your programs

Easy way is to type this that will update ALL your software recognized by winget :
winget upgrade --all --include-unknown --accept-package-agreements --accept-source-agreements

Advanced way is to type the name or id of the program :
winget list #display the whole list of software installed

generaly for Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 its :
For the 64-bit version: winget upgrade --id Microsoft.VCRedist.2015+.x64

For the 32-bit version: winget upgrade --id Microsoft.VCRedist.2015+.x86
(if you get an error with msstore :
winget source remove msstore

winget source add msstore https://storeedgefd.dsx.mp.microsoft.com/v9.0

winget source update)
