need a human agent

My account is stuck in a lockout loop. The ACSR form accepts my information, I successfully change the password, but when I sign in it again says that the account is locked and that no verification methods are available. I need a manual verification and an unlock from the server because the automatic methods are not working.

Hi Raúl, I understand how being stuck like that can feel overwhelming.

What’s happening is that the lockout policy on the server hasn’t cleared even after your password reset, and since there are no active verification methods, the system can’t finish the unlock automatically.

Can you check if you’re signing in from a trusted device or network and try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to rule out session issues? If that doesn’t work, this will need a manual unlock on the backend.

Do you have access to any recovery email or phone number linked to the account so we can verify your identity and proceed?

    Regards,

    Rez

If your account is stuck in a lockout loop and you are unable to access it even after changing your password, you may need to contact the appropriate support team for manual verification and assistance. Since automatic methods are not working for you, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Contact your Active Directory administrator: They can help unlock your account and reset your password if necessary.
    2. Reach out to Microsoft support: If you are part of an organization, you can ask a global admin in your organization to assist you. If you are the only global admin, you may need to contact the Azure Data Protection team at +1 866-807-5850.
    3. Use the ACSR form: Since you mentioned that the ACSR form accepts your information, ensure that you follow up on any communications regarding your request.

If these options do not resolve your issue, please consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
