I do not have a Microsoft subscription with account @outlook.com however I have just been charged $179 on my credit card for a Microsoft365 subscription. Please cancel and refund. I have another account (@gmail.com) with a subscription that is due in March.

    Access your account's order history and see if you find any purchases with the same amount;
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Also follow these steps to identify the purchase;
    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

    Since this is a community forum, we don't have access to account data or information. You can contact Microsoft support so they can help you with this charge.

    On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help.
    Type "Billing" as the keyword.
    On the next page, you can click the "Contact Support" button.

    Then fill out a few more details, after which you will be transferred to speak with an agent.
