Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

This behavior can occur for several reasons. It is necessary to investigate.

Please do the following:

Export and share the log for analysis:

  1. Press Windows + X and select Event Viewer;
  2. Expand Windows Logs and select System;
  3. In the Actions panel on the right, select Filter Current Log;
  4. In Event level, check the boxes Critical, Warning, and Error and click on Ok;
  5. Again, in the Actions panel, select Save Filtered Log File As and save in an easily accessible place.

Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

I await your reply.

    It sounds like you are experiencing a graphics-related issue with your PC, particularly with the RX 580 graphics card. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the problem:

    1. Check Connections: Ensure that all cables connecting your monitor to the graphics card are secure. If possible, try using a different cable or port (HDMI, DisplayPort) to rule out a faulty connection.
    2. Update Drivers: Make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the AMD website for your RX 580.
    3. Monitor Settings: Verify that your monitor is set to the correct input source. Sometimes, monitors can switch inputs automatically.
    4. Power Supply: Ensure that your power supply is adequate for your system. The RX 580 typically requires a good amount of power, and a 600W PSU should be sufficient, but it’s worth checking if it’s functioning properly.
    5. Check for Overheating: Monitor the temperatures of your CPU and GPU while gaming. Overheating can cause the system to shut down or lose signal. Make sure that your cooling system is working effectively.
    6. Test RAM: Since you mentioned that your RAM is showing 2666 MHz instead of 3600 MHz, ensure that it is properly seated in the motherboard and that the BIOS settings are configured to utilize the correct speed.
    7. Try Different Games: Test other games or applications to see if the issue persists across different software. This can help determine if the problem is specific to certain games.
    8. Reseat Components: If you are comfortable doing so, reseat your graphics card and RAM to ensure they are properly connected.

    If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be worth considering hardware diagnostics or seeking professional assistance to further investigate potential hardware failures.
