SSL offloading for enabling HMA on Exchange Onpremise 2016

SSL offloading is not supported

We have SSL offloading enabled on the load balancer so wanted to be sure if this will impact the HMA enablement on exchange on-prem .

SSL offloading is not enabled on the exchange server

I I am looking out for anyone who has implemented HMA and disabled SSL on loadbalancer as a pre-req , need to understand the challanges, issues faced and how to overcome them .
Article you shared i have gone through but need some more info as SSL offloading is enabled on customer' environment and simply disabling can run into the issues .

I don't find article introduce about that. I think the Exchange server and load balancer using the same configuration, there may doesn't exist issue with them.

Even if a problem occurs, you can re-enable this configuration. Then we try to find solution to solve that issue.

Were you able to implemented HMA and disabled SSL on load balancer as a pre-req? If you did, can you kindly share how did you go about implemented HMA after disabling SSL on load balancer? We are also SSL offloading on load balancer but SSL offloading is not enabled on our exchange servers.

I think you also need to disable it on your load balancer, here are detailed information from Exchange Team Blog: Announcing Hybrid Modern Authentication for Exchange On-Premises
