Locked out of Volume Licensing

My non-profit organization purchases its MS software through TechSoup, which we then download through the MS Volume Licensing Center. Last week though because my organization's account was an "unmanaged directory" I had to follow instructions to accomplish an internal admin takeover (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/domains-admin-takeover#decide-how-you-want-to-take-over-an-unmanaged-directory).

I was apparently successful, as I was then able to log into Volume Licensing and install some software on a coworker's computer.

When I went to do the same today, however, it refused the password. Trying to reset it via that site or MS 365 Admin Center doesn't work as it just sends an email to that same account saying to log in and reset the PW...which I can't do so I'm locked out. Clicking on the only help link I see just leads to a dead page.

So I'm stuck. Any help would be appreciated!

    @Cameron Aishton
    Thank you for your post!

    Since you're locked out of your Microsoft Volume Licensing Center account, I'd recommend reaching out to their support team via their Contact Us documentation.

    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
