Adding a shortcut link saying “Call me in Teams” in my outlook signature

I'm adding a shortcut link saying “Call me in Teams” in my outlook signature which is working fine using desktop pc . But not using my mobile device.

Is there any way to work using the mobile device ? please advise

Ex: shortcut link im using in signature - callto:jdoe@Company portal .com

Yes when i clicked on the link nothing is happening i'm using iOS .

@SR VSP ,
The reason is that callto is applied to Windows, not mobile.
I tired a lot of researches but find no method to realize such feature in mobile.
