I found no bitlocker recovery key stored in my Microsoft account, considering this laptop linked with my Microsoft account, my question, is it possible by any way to have the bitlocker recovery key in this Microsoft account.

Thanks & Regards

To find your BitLocker recovery key, you can check the following locations:

    1. Microsoft Account: If your device is linked to your Microsoft account, you can access the recovery key by visiting https://myaccount.microsoft.com. Go to the Devices tab, select your Windows device, and choose the option View BitLocker Keys.
    2. USB Drive: If you saved the recovery key to a USB drive, connect the drive to your laptop and check for the key.
    3. Printed Document: If you printed the recovery key during the BitLocker setup, check any documents you may have saved.
    4. Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID: If your organization manages your device, the recovery key may be stored in Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID. You can contact your IT department for assistance.
    5. Local Backup: Check if you saved the recovery key in a local file or document.

If you still cannot find the recovery key, you may need to contact your helpdesk or IT support for further assistance.

There is no other method available to find the Bitlocker Recovery Key, even if you contact Microsoft Support directly, they cannot access the recovery key, it is private to the associated Microsoft account.

If your drive is encrypted with Bitlocker, the only place the Bitlocker Recovery key is automatically stored is on the associated Microsoft account on the link below, be sure to check any Microsoft account that may have been used on the PC and also any work or school account that may be linked to the PC.

Are you able to find the Bitlocker Recovery Key on any account that may have been used or linked to the laptop?

If not, do you have a safe backup of your files, or use a cloud service like OneDrive to sync your files online.

Thank you for your response, but unfortunately I found nothing in my account which is linked to the laptop, also I tried the other options suggested in the above answer with no forward step towars problem solving.

I hope to found way if possible to have the key send to my microsoft account, the account linked to that laptop.
