I cannot sign into my account to cancel Microsoft Teams Essentials account to cancel a Teams subscription. I receive an email in my personal account, and then it tells me to login to my work or school account. I have no work or school account to login to.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. You will not be able to cancel it from a personal account because Microsoft Teams Essentials is only for a school or a work account. With regards to your personal account, is there an error whenever you are trying to sign in with it?
I don’t have access to any work or school account. How can I cancel this? I had a job with a work account, I no longer have access to that account.
