Go to Start > Settings > Windows Updates> Check for Updates.
Download and install all available updates, then restart your computer.

Open PowerShell as Administrator.
Run the command below to terminate the explorer.exe process.
Stop-Process -Name explorer -Force
Run the command a few times if it doesn't work.

Run the System File Checker Utility scan.
Open the Command Prompt as an administrator.
Run the command below and press Enter.
Sfc /scannow
Restart your computer.
