Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Have you made any recent software changes to your computer?

    1

Go to Start > Settings > Windows Updates> Check for Updates.

Download and install all available updates, then restart your computer.

    2

    Open PowerShell as Administrator.

Run the command below to terminate the explorer.exe process.

    Stop-Process -Name explorer -Force

Run the command a few times if it doesn't work.

    3

Run the System File Checker Utility scan.

Open the Command Prompt as an administrator.

Run the command below and press Enter.

    Sfc /scannow

    Restart your computer.

Let me know how it goes.
