Network share issue

So I've got my storage server which has the storage drives which are then shared however on one of my other servers and the workstations when i click on the server in the network to go onto the drives there is not there the only folder/share they have access to is one called reminst also non of the domain accounts can log into the network share

Might check the effective NTFS and share permissions. User would need to have at least list permissions to view the files.
