"An attempt to communicate with Azure DevOps failed..." in VS2019

Hello
I'm getting this error from VS2019 when I try to connect to Team Explorer. The Project I am connecting to is an old TFS repo.

Tried all the solutions on stack overflow etc such as "del %localappdata%.IdentityService\SessionTokens.json" however none of them work.

This is the error message

Any ideas what else I can try?
