All my other games work fine, and this Prebult PC has recently just came back from SCAN Computers.

I wanted to play the single player mode on battlefield v known has war stories but when i do it always crashes after the first cutscene ends, everything else on the game works. so i downloaded Windbg so i could see what was causing it and its giving me a INVALID POINTER WRITE c0000005_ i looked up what this means

I spoke to EA and reached an end to them these are all the things ive tried

Making sure all drivers are up to date from nivdia and on the PC, also tried an eariler nivdia driver

deleting the prosave files from the battlefield v document so it can make new ones

using the built in windows diagnostic tool, no errors

using memtest no errors

reparing the disk

using the command sfc to repair corrupted files

checking the sectors in the ssd using that samsung magican

reinstalled windows 11 prior to this

also updated my bios to the newest verison

made EA Anti cheat and the game excluded in windows defender

over riding certain settings in windows defender for the game

turning off the overclock scan computers made

running the game has admin

my graphics card is an RTX 4090 on the hotfix driver 581.94, im on the lastest verison of windows 11

the CPU is a 13th gen intel R corei9-13900k

and i just really want to get to the bottom of this because i have no issues with any other games from STEAM

    Hi ,

You're using XMP, I know there's a RAM memory problem with that error where the XMP speed causes the BSOD.

Try disabling XMP in the BIOS and testing in the game.

Give feedback if the information was useful or not.

    Thanks
