Can we customize outlook web URL from https://outlook.office365.com to https://webmail/abc.outlook365.com in exchange online?
not possible since you dont own Microsoft's DNS or have access to the URLs
You could create a CNAME in your DNS however for your domain.

You may need to add a CNAME record, the host would be your domain (webmail.abc.outlook365.com), and point it to outlook.office365.com.
While the detail steps also varies from which DNS provider(Godaddy,namecheap,etc.) you are using.
