Are you experiencing issues with all Microsoft apps?
In the image, I see "Excel (Unlicensed product)", so please help me Open Excel > File > Account > Product Information: Make sure you sign in with a Microsoft account (work) that has a license. If you see Unlicensed product, click Sign in (or Switch account) and use an account that has a license.
Have you tried accessing them on the web, does the problem occur there too?
Have you tested opening Office in Safe Mode, does it still fail? Open Office apps in safe mode on a Windows PC
Have you tried signing in to your Microsoft account on a different device, does the issue persist?
Have you attempted repairing Office? If not, try Online Repair using the instructions provided. Repair an Office application
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office?
New Windows profile test: Create a new local user and try opening Excel or Word there. If it works, the original profile likely has corrupted app data; in that case, we can migrate your files and reset the profile-specific Office folders. Manage User Accounts in Windows
