Please cancel legacy developer subscription

Hello!

I need help canceling a legacy developer subscription:

"Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration".

This subscription no longer appears in my Microsoft Account or

in the current Dev Center UI, but Microsoft Billing Support confirmed

that it still exists on the backend and is still attached to my

payment method.

Because of this hidden subscription, I cannot remove my payment card

and cannot use Microsoft Store / Xbox Store properly.

This issue cannot be solved through the admin portal, Partner Center,

or Billing. Please escalate this request internally to the Developer

Operations / Dev Center engineering team and cancel this legacy

subscription manually.
