So I've been using Microsoft rewards for a while now and I have redeemed LoL Gift cards before without any issue. I used to put in my phone number or my email to receive a code. But now, that option is not visible at all, rather there's just one option to verify using bing app to confirm the reward. It asks you to scan a QR code and download the bing app. But when I tried to scan it (i already have the bing app with my email ID signed in), it doesn't do anything, no where to enter a said "code" which is on the screen on my laptop. Please guide me with this, im not sure if im doing anything wrong or not but i have also tried to redeem it on the bing app by searching up microsoft rewards, but the same thing shows, it asks me to download the bing app when im quite literally on the bing app. It's quite absurd

Hello! I recommend waiting a few hours and trying again. The server may be unstable.

If you use a browser other than Microsoft Edge, download Microsoft Edge from the link below.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/download?form=MA13FJ

    • If you already use Edge, go to Settings > About Microsoft Edge > Check for available updates. If the problem persists, download Microsoft Edge again and install it to repair the browser.
    • Test on another device, such as another computer.
    • Use a different internet connection, such as mobile data. Use the USB Tethering or Hotspot option to share your internet connection with your computer. Don't forget to disable Wi-Fi on your phone.

If the problem persists, you should contact Rewards support.
