Regarding the backup location of your BitLocker recovery key, many personal PCs back it up to a Microsoft account. Therefore, please try signing in with the Microsoft account you used when you first signed in to Windows.
Alternatively, if you signed in using a work or school account, the recovery key may be stored in that organizational account. In that case, you will need to contact your workplace or school’s IT department.
You can also print the recovery key or save it to a USB flash drive, so please check if you have one available.
If you have searched everywhere and still cannot find your recovery key, Microsoft Support will not be able to issue one. In this situation, you will need to reset Windows using the method specified by your computer manufacturer.
