Azure PG Database Unable to Start

Hello, I am having trouble starting my database. It suddenly stopped responding and I am unable to restart, stop and start it. I tried doing a Restore. None of this worked as the task hangs and fails. Pinging the database also does not yield any results as the request times out. Trying to connect to is using any of the CLI tools also yields a response timed out. Is there anything azure support can do.
