New Outlook version for Windows

How to change name to be presented when sending out an email from new Outlook for Windows. The actual name showing is the email address when it should be the name of the sender.

There is no configuration showing "display name" or something similar.

In New Outlook, the display name syncs whatever is set for the account.

For example, if your email is an outlook.com address, you will have to make sure your display name is set correctly via https://account.live.com > Your info.
