I cannot adjust the time

Hi There, the clock on windows on my machine is running 10mintues ahead of the actual and I cannot adjust it when following the windows help and set up process. It will also not allow me to sync the time and date.

    Thanks Arlene, yes I think I have the admin sign in. I have tried toggling the set automatically on and off, for no joy. I will run the troubleshooter now.

    Hi Phil, are you signed in as an administrator on your PC?

    Check your settings under Time & Language, confirm the time zone is correct, and try toggling “Set time automatically” off and on. If it still won’t sync, I recommend running the Windows Time troubleshooter or making sure the Windows Time service is running.
