To transfer your Microsoft Authenticator access codes to a new cell phone, you will need to manually set up the accounts on your new device. Unfortunately, Microsoft Authenticator does not support syncing or transferring passkeys directly between devices. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Install Microsoft Authenticator on your new Samsung 25 FE from the Google Play Store.
    2. Open the Authenticator app on your old One Plus 9 and locate the accounts you want to transfer.
    3. For each account, you will need to generate a new QR code or recovery code from the service provider's website (like Google, Microsoft, etc.). This usually involves going to the security settings of the account and selecting the option to set up two-factor authentication again.
    4. Scan the QR code using the Authenticator app on your new phone or enter the code manually if the option is available.
    5. Repeat this process for all accounts you want to transfer.

Since you mentioned that you have already used QR codes for 3 accounts, you will need to repeat the QR code generation process for the remaining 8 accounts as described above.
