Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above, you may open a browser and go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/?ref=SMC-Cancel and check if you will be able to switch from there or go to manage and try to do the switching from there and see how it goes. Please see the link below as well for reference.

To change your Microsoft 365 subscription from a monthly plan to a family plan, you will need to follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center: Log in to your account.
    2. Access your subscriptions: If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions. If you're using the Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
    3. Select your current subscription: Find the subscription you want to change.
    4. Change your subscription: Look for an option to upgrade or change your plan to the family subscription. Follow the prompts to complete the change.

Note that if you initially signed up for a yearly payment, you may need to wait until the end of your current billing cycle to fully transition to the new plan, or you might be charged a prorated amount depending on the terms of your subscription.

If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, consider contacting Microsoft support for help.
