    Hi Muhammad,

Thank you for sharing your question. I understand the trouble you’re having with adding another account to the Microsoft Authenticator app. I get how annoying it is when things don't go as planned with verification. This usually happens when the app needs approval from the very gadget you're trying to set up, or when you don't have other ways to verify who you are setting up. I am here to help.

To fix this, open the Microsoft Authenticator app, hit the + button, and pick the account type (Work/School, Personal, or Other). On your computer, head over to the account you’re trying to add. Find Authenticator app, then click “Add sign-in method,” and then “Next” to make a QR code. Use the app to scan that QR code. If you can't scan it, you can type in the code yourself. If the app is asking you to confirm a number on the same gadget you're using, try this:

Borrow another gadget real quick to approve the sign-in, then export/import the account.

Turn on another way to verify who you are (like SMS or email) in your account security settings.

If those don't exist, and it's a work or school account, reach out to your organization's admin to reset it. [learn.microsoft.com], [learn.microsoft.com], [learn.microsoft.com]

Do you have another gadget you can use, or maybe another way to verify, like SMS or email? Knowing that will help me give you the best advice.

Let me know what you find out, and don't hesitate to ask if you need more help!

    Best Regards,

    Noel
