Sign-in failed Error code: AADSTS5000224

Hi,

I'm a Microsoft employee and when I try to sign-in to my Azure subscription (Azure benefit with my VS Subscription), I have this error message:

Error message: AADSTS5000224: The tenant you are trying to access has been deauthenticated and is no longer available. Try signing in using a new or private browser window. If you are a member of another tenant, you can sign in using: https://portal.azure.com/[tenant-id] or https://portal.azure.com/[tenant-domain]. Error details: interaction_required: AADSTS5000224: We are sorry, this resource is not available. If you are seeing this message by mistake, please contact Microsoft support. Trace ID: 2b85f222-a27e-4936-b91a-40fa0ff5ce00 Correlation ID: 019ada63-1bba-7e6f-b76b-bbf987a5f693 Timestamp: 2025-12-01 14:48:32Z

Hello Audrey Petit,

Based on your description, it looks like you’re encountering error code AADSTS5000224 when trying to access the Application in your tenant. This error typically occurs when authentication for your Azure tenant has been temporarily disabled due to a recent security incident.

To resolve this, we worked with our engineering team to re-enable authentication for your tenant and now it's successfully reactivated.
