First use of One Drive. Needed to upload 67.1 GB folders and files. Started uploading but my internet is too slow. After a full day, only 4.2 GB uploaded. Took a laptop to a faster internet location and uploaded all files. Now home computer is still trying to sync the same files and is slowing my online work to a crawl. How do I cancel the sync One Drive is still trying to finish from my computer? (Pausing the sync is not the answer because i need to be able to sync new and changed files to OneDrive).

    Hello

Pause your OneDrive sync so that you can run an internet speed test - what's the upload speed you have at home?

Then click on the OneDrive cloud icon on taskbar > Settings > Sync and Backup tab > Advanced Settings, any chance the toggle is turned on for upload limit?
