just to let you know that I am going to stop using microsoft. I think you have too much earning power and zero care for user needs.

I don't understand why you needed to remove the recall option for outlook web. Why do you decide to make these changes without consulting the actual people who use it?

Do you actually even bother about what the user actually needs???

You have been great in the past, but I think your time is up.
