From where did you purchase Office? Typically, when you purchase directly from Microsoft, you don't get a product key; instead, the product becomes associated with your Microsoft account as part of the purchase.

If you purchased a failing product key from a third-party seller, talk to the seller.

Hi. I did not find an option for call back or phone number. Only endless loop of automated Q&A.

Hi BN,I completely understand your frustration you paid for Office Home 2024 in good faith and have already waited as instructed yet you still can’t use the product.

To get live support go to support.microsoft.com/contactus, select Microsoft 365 or Office under Billing & Subscriptions and type Talk to an agent or Request a callback in the virtual agent then provide your product key and error code then correlation ID and timestamp ready or use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center at admin.microsoft.com to create a new service request.

When you tried contacting support did you ever get an option for a callback or phone number or were you only routed through automated suggestions?

    Best regards

    1. I have purchased a product that is not working. I have waited the suggested time already so why should I wait the suggested additional 2 days without having use of the product purchased in good faith.
    2. The 'contact support' is an endless loop of the same suggestions so please advise how to get 'live ' support.
