Are you using the Teams app or the web version? Have you tried Teams on the web, and does the issue still occur there? If it works fine on the web but fails in the app, please clear the Teams app cache and make sure your Teams application (desktop or mobile) is fully up to date.

What’s the exact error message you see, and are you attaching the file from your device or from OneDrive?
Have you tried using a different network?
Also, try a different file type or reduce the file size.
Please help me answer these questions so I can understand what’s causing this issue.
