Empty workspaces in Azure Data Explorer web portal

Hi, I am getting this odd experience on Azure Data Explorer web portal since this morning.

I cannot see any of my dashboards, and none of the dashboard links that I bookmarked works. As soon as I open the dashbaord link (which worked completely earlier today), the portal only shows me "Unexpected server error". And I notice that the portal shows I am in some kind of "Empty Workspace". Wonder whether that is related. How do I get back to my usual ADE portal experience?

    Hi @Feng Pan

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft QA. Below are detailed mitigation steps to help you resolve the reported issue.

    Possible Reasons for This Issue

Workspace Problems: Your Azure Data Explorer workspace might have been modified or deleted unintentionally. Check the activity logs in the Azure portal to confirm if any recent changes were made.

Service Maintenance or Outage: Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages can cause errors. Review the Azure Status page or the Service Health blade in the portal for any ongoing incidents.

Permission Changes: Ensure you have the right permissions to access the dashboards. Role-based access control (RBAC) updates could have impacted your access.

    Troubleshooting Steps

Review Activity Logs: Check the Azure Activity Monitor for any changes to your Data Explorer workspace or related resources.

Check Service Health: Look at the Service Health blade in the Azure portal for any service disruptions.

Verify Permissions: Confirm your account has the required access. If unsure, reach out to your Azure administrator.

Refresh and Retry: Log out and back into the portal to clear up any session-related issues.

Note: Additionally, I have checked from our end, and no issue observed, I was able to open the workspace.
