php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known Mysql Flexible database, I am using azure flexible database following this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/mysql/flexible-server/tutorial-php-database-app#connect-app-to-mysql-flexible-server on loal it works but online when deployed it does not work.
