I’m having a very hard time understanding Microsoft support. By far the worst I’ve ever experienced. You should fix this now! Even the tag here is probably wrong cause what does it all mean?

anyways my email is blocked because of to many wrong passwords

I’ve tried to recover my account but you’ve come to the conclusion that I’m not the owner. How in any worlds am I able to answer those stupid questions correctly?

I’ve tried to call the danish support number and the robot asked me to go here

I recently lost my dad and I’m having conversations with lawyers regarding the estate which I can’t answer, I have a flight to Egypt in 2 days and can’t access my flight tickets.

i haven’t been able to acces to mail for more than a week so I’m in desperate need of help now!!

Globally, Microsoft doesn’t provide a direct phone number for personal Hotmail/Outlook account recovery because the process is automated for security reasons. The official method is through the account recovery form and, if needed, you can escalate via Microsoft Contact Support for live chat or to request a callback.

    Hey Oscar,

I get why you're stressed! Your email got locked because of too many wrong password tries – Microsoft does that to keep things safe. The recovery probably failed because the info you gave didn't match your account details.

Try this: Go to account.live.com/password/reset and hit I forgot my password. Use another email or phone if you can. If not, fill out the recovery form with as much correct info as you remember – like recent email subjects or contacts.

Got any old devices where you're logged in, or other emails/numbers linked to the account? .

These answers are once again just useless. “Given the urgent situation, just wait for a while”

    I can’t wait any longer!!

I need a phone number to a real human being whether it’s in danish, English, Chinese or a 4th language. I need help and access to my mail now!

If your email is blocked due to too many incorrect password attempts, you may need to wait a certain period before trying to sign in again. In cases where account recovery is unsuccessful, it’s important to ensure you are providing accurate information that matches your account details. If you are unable to recover your account through the standard process, it may be necessary to contact Microsoft support directly for further assistance.

Given your urgent situation, I recommend trying the following steps:

    1. Wait for a while: If your account is temporarily blocked, waiting for a few hours before trying again can help.
    2. Use the recovery options: Visit the Microsoft account recovery page and follow the prompts carefully. Make sure to use the email address associated with your account.
    3. Contact support: If recovery fails, contacting Microsoft support through their official channels may provide you with the assistance you need. You can find support numbers and options on the Microsoft support website.

I understand this is a difficult time for you, and I hope you can regain access to your email soon.
