Conditional formating with custom formula still like stone age

I can't believe that in 2025, we still have the conditional formatting (and data validation) dialog box looking the same. No autocomplete, no formula helper. The same goes for charts and their data dialog boxes. And don't let me talk about the missing option to use a formula for min and max axis values for charts. As well as named ranges. All of these dialog boxes deserves a major update, However, despite my efforts to find it in the Excel roadmap, it seems that only AI is the topic now and and these archaic remnants will remain with us forever. The formula bar itself could also have an option to be moved to the side and then the formula to be formatted like any other code (i know about add-ons but they are not that reliable and the formula is not live it needs to be manually exported to the formula bar).

I appreciate your effort in raising these concerns about these features. As an Excel user myself, I agree that if these features are considered, the user experience in Excel would become much smoother and significantly better.

Because I believe many other users also have the same concern when transferring accounts. Therefore, it would be really valuable if you could visit the Feedback community to find similar feedback and vote for it.

Our product team is in charge of the site, and they constantly check customer reviews and feedback, The higher votes, the more attention the related team will pay on. And a lot of the features are developed and improved based on customer feedback.
