As per the AI answer, the page Supported Line-of-Business (LOB) and Enterprise systems in BizTalk Server 2020 does not mention support for Oracle database 21c. Also when I raised it with Microsoft mid 2024, their answer also did not include 21c. See my blog post BizTalk – supported version of Oracle Database and Oracle client
