Accidentally SQL Instance was deleted yesterday. Cannot create a new instance with the same name becuase the error says its soft deleted, cannot recover, cannot create a ticket to get help - just offers links to articles. Created new instance, but cannot recover databases because they are not showing as deleted.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft QA. We have successfully restored your SQL server. It should now be visible in the Azure portal.
You can now go ahead and restore your deleted databases directly from the Deleted databases blade on the server page.
