Thanks for reaching out. When Outlook crashes right after you try to sign in, the first thing to confirm is what type of account you are adding, Outlook.com or Microsoft 365?
A quick fix Microsoft supports is creating a new Outlook profile from Control Panel, Mail, Show Profiles, Add, then sign in again. This clears any corrupted profile data and often stops the crash. Make sure Windows Update is fully installed so Outlook runs on the latest supported version.
