I cannot access Microsoft Partner Center enrollment pages. I receive "Not Authorized"
errors with undefined correlation IDs across all browsers.
Status: Global Admin with MFA enabled, Pay-As-You-Go subscription
I need my Partner Center account manually provisioned. Cannot open tickets through
Partner Center portal due to access issue.
Please assist.
