Hi Peter Barclay,
In Windows 11, the streamlined right-click menu is enabled by default, but the classic Windows 10-style context menu can still be restored as the primary menu through a supported registry change. This doesn’t remove any functionality; it simply makes the full menu appear immediately without requiring the extra click.
To switch back to the classic menu, run Command Prompt as Administrator and enter the following command:
reg add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve
Then restart Windows Explorer (or restart the PC). This will make the classic context menu the default again, giving you direct access to Send to, Print, and Bluetooth options. If you ever want to revert to the modern menu, you can simply delete that registry key.
You can try and let me know how it goes! If you find this answer useful, please hit “Accept Answer” so I know it resolved your concern 😊.
Jason.
